Ordering & Payment
Placing an order
You can easily shop in our webshop by navigating between the different categories. Add your chosen item to your shopping cart by clicking 'add to cart'. In the top right corner you can see what is in your shopping cart.
Personal details and billing address
We first ask you to enter some personal details. We need these details to ensure that your order is processed and handled correctly. We treat your personal data with strict confidentiality (see our privacy policy).
Delivery address
It is possible to have your order delivered to a different address than your own (billing address), for example if you want to send a gift. Click on 'ship to different address' and enter the recipient's details (name, address, city).
Payment
You can pay via Mollie (iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bancontact and more) or via bank transfer (proforma invoice). When paying by proforma invoice, you will receive an invoice by e-mail and your order will be shipped once payment is received.
All prices are consumer prices and include VAT.
Confirmation email
After placing your order and completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This will be followed by an email with your invoice attached. Once we hand your package to the delivery service, you will receive another email with a Track & Trace link.
