1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason. This right applies to unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging.

2. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products whose seal has been broken after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene (opened syrups, popsicles).
  • Products that cannot be returned by their nature (perishable food items).
  • Products specially assembled or personalised for you.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at [email protected] to register your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm your return request within 2 business days and send you return instructions.
  3. Send the product back in its original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of your withdrawal notification.
  4. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

4. Refunds

We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return, using the same payment method you used. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the entire order is returned.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Did you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
