Organic Elderflower Syrup 500ml
Europeans have been in love with the taste of Elderflower from the Roman times. These were used to flavor food and drink at the time. The intense and clear taste and smell of elderflowers comes from a special variety that grow in the continental part of Croatia. We use only fresh flowers picked at the right moment when the flowers aroma is optimal.
From this bottle you get at least 18 glasses of elderflower drink. You can of course also use the syrup in a dessert or make a mocktail or cocktail with it.

Elderflower is perhaps the best known cordial in Europe and probably the best selling one. Fresh flowers are picked in late spring when the flower petals are full of fragrant oils and the plant is ready to release them to make this famous drink. It is characteristic for its sweet almost honey like scent and a clean aftertaste of aromatic elderflowers.
It is used for many cocktails and mocktails but also for many sweets and cakes.

The 500 ml glass bottle can be used in various ways in the hospitality industry. The bottle is filled with pure organic lemonade syrup that still needs to be diluted. One option is to prepare the lemonade by the glass, using either still or sparkling water. Add a nice matching garnish and the drink is ready to be served.
Another appealing option is to prepare the lemonades in a large carafe or lemonade dispenser and place it on the table.
