The main ingredient of our lavender syrup is organic lavender from Croatia, the 'Lavandula Angustifolia' to be precise. We pick it by hand, when the plant is just in bloom. That way we ensure we have the best possible base for our syrup.

Use the lavender syrup as a base for a Lavender Lemonade with ginger ale and fresh lemon juice, a Lavender Spritz with prosecco, or a Lavender Gin Tonic. The soft floral taste combines beautifully with gin, prosecco and citrus.
