Sage — Herbal flavour from the Adriatic coast
You may know sage mainly from the kitchen. There it is indeed a great flavouring, which works just as well as the base of a herbal sage syrup. We pick the ingredients for our sage syrup along the coast of Croatia, in the wild. We do this at the moment when the bud of the plant becomes a flower, because that is precisely when there is the most fragrance and flavour.

Use the sage syrup as a base for a Gin-Tonic with sage, a Mimosa with grapefruit, or a simple sage lemonade. The herbal taste of sage combines surprisingly well with gin, champagne and citrus.
For home use
Ideal for home use. Mix 1 part syrup with 9 parts water for a herbal sage lemonade. See recipes here
