- 20 ml Agropošta lavender syrup
- 40 ml gin
- 20 ml St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well for 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lavender sprig or edible flower.
