Chicken Stew with Lemongrass & Ginger Syrup
An exotic chicken stew with the spicy flavours of lemongrass and ginger. Warming and full of character.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Agropošta lemongrass-ginger syrup
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml chicken stock
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh coriander
Preparation

Cut the chicken into pieces and fry in oil.

Add onion and garlic and fry together.

Add lemongrass-ginger syrup, coconut milk and stock.

Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat.

Season with salt and pepper.

Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice.
