A classic lavender cocktail with gin and lemon. Floral, fresh and elegant.

50 ml gin
25 ml lemon juice
Ice cubes
Lavender sprig or lemon twist

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Shake well for 15 seconds.
