Lavender and Raspberry Semifreddo
A luxurious Italian dessert with the floral notes of lavender and the fresh-sour taste of raspberries. Impressive and delicious.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Agropošta lavender syrup
- 2 tbsp Agropošta raspberry syrup
- 4 eggs (separated)
- 100 g sugar
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 200 g fresh raspberries
Preparation

Beat egg yolks with sugar and lavender syrup until light.

Whip the cream stiff and fold into the egg mixture.

Beat egg whites stiff and fold in carefully.

Pour into a mould and freeze for 4 hours.

Serve with raspberry syrup and fresh raspberries.
