Ingredients

  • 20 ml Agropošta lavender syrup
  • 60 ml Lillet Blanc
  • 100 ml sparkling water or prosecco
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh lavender or rosemary

Preparation

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
  2. Add lavender syrup, Lillet Blanc and lemon juice.
  3. Top up with sparkling water or prosecco.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with fresh lavender.
