Oysters with Raspberry Syrup
A surprising combination: the salty taste of oysters with the sweet-sour raspberry syrup. A true delicacy.
Ingredients
- 12 fresh oysters
- 3 tbsp Agropošta raspberry syrup
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Finely chopped shallot
- Freshly ground black pepper
Preparation

Mix raspberry syrup, vinegar and shallot in a bowl.

Open the oysters and place on a bed of ice.

Drizzle a teaspoon of the raspberry mignonette over each oyster.
