Panna Cotta with Sage Syrup
An elegant Italian panna cotta with poached pear and the spicy notes of sage syrup. A refined dessert.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Agropošta sage syrup
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 gelatine leaves
- 2 pears
- 200 ml white wine
- Fresh sage leaves
Preparation

Soak the gelatine in cold water.

Heat whipping cream with sugar and 2 tbsp sage syrup.

Dissolve the squeezed gelatine in the warm cream.

Pour into moulds and set for 4 hours.

Poach the pears in wine with 1 tbsp sage syrup.

Serve the panna cotta with poached pear and fresh sage.
