A classic Derby made with gin, peach bitters and mint. With our raspberry syrup you give this drink an instant flavour boost, complemented by the fresh-sour juice of lemon and orange.

Ingredients
- 30 ml Agropošta raspberry syrup
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 60 ml orange juice
- 4 sprigs of thyme
Preparation

Shake the raspberry syrup with the lemon and orange juice and the sprigs of thyme with ice in a cocktail shaker.

Pour the drink first through a hawthorne strainer and then through a finestrainer into a coupe.

Garnish with an extra sprig of thyme.
