Shortbread with Ginger & Lemongrass Frosting
Delicious shortbread with a unique ginger and lemongrass frosting. A special treat with coffee.
Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 1 egg
- For the frosting: 150 g icing sugar
- 2 tbsp Agropošta lemongrass-ginger syrup
- 1-2 tbsp milk
Preparation

Mix flour, butter, sugar and egg into a dough.

Roll out and cut out cookies.

Bake for 12 minutes at 180°C.

Mix icing sugar, syrup and milk for the frosting.

Spread the frosting on the cooled cookies.
