Vegan Peach Ice Lollies
Delicious vegan ice lollies with the sweet taste of peach and a hint of raspberry syrup. Healthy and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Agropošta raspberry syrup
- 4 ripe peaches
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- Juice of ½ lemon
Preparation

Peel and pit the peaches.

Blend the peaches with coconut milk, agave syrup and lemon juice.

Pour into ice lolly moulds and add a dash of raspberry syrup.

Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving.
