**Lavender — Surprisingly floral and refined** Deep purple, fragrant lavender — you may know it mainly as an ingredient in calming oils or fancy shower gel, but in the kitchen this purple flower is a rising star. We make a surprisingly delicious lavender syrup that gives your drink a soft, lightly floral taste. The main ingredient of our lavender syrup is organic lavender from Croatia, the 'Lavandula Angustifolia' to be precise. We pick it by hand, when the plant is just in bloom. That way we ensure we have the best possible base for our syrup. **HoReCa** Use the lavender syrup as a base for a Lavender Lemonade with ginger ale and fresh lemon juice, a Lavender Spritz with prosecco, or a Lavender Gin Tonic. The soft floral taste combines beautifully with gin, prosecco and citrus. **For home use** Ideal for home use. Mix 1 part syrup with 9 parts water for a surprising lavender lemonade. See recipes here
